minramli Another good experience at a mosque last night. This building was made in the 1800. Alhamdulillah, on all my stays here in #turkey, the mosques are only 1/2 mins away from my hotel. I found several other mosques ive had amazing experiences, being detached from the world, putting my focus only on Him & new feelings I get during my zikir & reading the #Quran. Our connection wt The Almighty is smthing only we & Him know. And of course meeting people who i become friends wt in the masjid and through out my journey so far.
I came to Turkey wt an open heart & told myself I wanted to visit as many mosques I can & learn more history. During and after my transition was when I first felt all this wonderful feelings. On the day i wore the hijab i felt new & different. It had been a long journey for me to get to that point. 1 month + of going through challenges of wanting to wear the hijab. (the 1st day i wore the hijab. I only realized it was a Friday after I put on the tudong). Whatever weight I had before from yrs of difficulties & challenges was all gone. Like it was taken away from me. Alhamdulillah everything became more postive in my life.
Before i wore the hijab, id somehow come to a page of people who converted to islam in countries whr it would be more difficult to do so. I also found the verses of the #Quran abt the #hijab. I will share this later on. I also had my own fears, thinking what others might think of me, but that was smthing i needed to overcome myself. That was my own mind doing that.
I enjoy dressing up & was always experimental wt my hairstyles. What to wear and how to style my looks was smthing i thought of as well.
Anyways, Ive been receiving msges from some of you asking for advice, im sorry if im not able to reply to each of you now. InsyaAllah ill do that when im bk in kl.
What i can say is, our Iman will be tested from time to time, and our prayers may not always be smooth & we may find it difficult to detach from this busy world (to be kusyuk) & having our daily commitments & other challenges in life. Do continue wt your doa & your prayers when you can and speak to Him wt an open heart and InsyaAllah He will listen. Good Friday all ☺😚 |

minramli Im all tanned here. Earlier Aisyah made me dinner. We met at the masjid 2 nights ago & she invited me to pray next to her. She doesnt speak any english but we try to understand each other, also wt the help of farid, who is her friends son. She introduced me to her family members after masjid that night at the cafe near the masjid & offered me tea. Tonight we prayed again together after dinner. Reminds me of my grandmothers now Tah & Opah. Missing them a lot. #turkey #cappadocia #goreme |

See ini dinamakan rezeki...orang yg dari entah dimana alih2 Allah utuskan bersolat disebelah kita n tiba2 menjadi seperti keluarga...diberi makan mcm saudara sendiri...alhamdulillah...diberi jalan mudah olehnya...happy for min.. |
