Happiness is the inner peace within yourself ....  The key to being happy is knowing you have the power what to accept and what to let go  ......  Life only comes around once... so DO  whatever makes you happy and BE with whoever makes you  smile .

Different people have different perception of the word Happiness  & different ways on how to make one self feeling / being Happy ... For me these suffice :-

Being with my Family
Be Thankful. ...
Meet friends once in a while
Smile More. ...
Exercise. ...
Find Ways to Manage my stress.
I try to be Positive & not to Overthink
Try my level be to lend a hand  / be helpful to those that need help

Melihat insan yang kita sayang bahagia sudah cukup membahagiakan.

Bahagia bukan dinilai dari ukuran berapa banyak rumah agam dimiliki,atau berapa banyak kereta mewah tersusun di dalam porch,atau berapa puluh keping geran tanah....

Tapi bahagia itu apabila kita berasa qanaah dengan apa yang ada. Dan meletakkan syukur di tangga teratas selepas redha dan tawakkal.

lain org lain bahagianya....
ada org, dpt mkn walaupun sehari sekali tu dah ckup bahagia.
ada org dpt tidur sekejap tu 1 kebahagiaan sbb seharian keluar cari rezeki.
ada org, dpt peluk anak isteri setelah lama terpisah cukup membahagiakan.
bnyk lagi. bahagia itu subjektif. kerana apa ? SEBAB BAHAGIA ITU PILIHAN
