Pernah try ambil Appeton untuk Gain Weight tak? Dulu ada kawan saya pernah ambil supplement ni, adalah nampak berisi sikit.
Cuba makan healthy fats..cth, avocado, ikan salmon dan kekacang..
Semuga mendapat apa yg diidamkan ya. |

Tp td lunch i dh pekena nasi n kari ikan bawal sis..laki masak..so ptg ni i kena bertapa kt gym 1jam lbih lh utk burn 1000 calories |
