A little bit of Tan Sri's bio, do not trust 100% since it is more to a marketing strategy:
Tan Sri Datuk Hj Mustapha Kamal started his career as a government civil servant serving in the district offices in Selangor before he made his debut in the corporate world as the General Manager of Shah Alam Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad (then the sole investment holding and management company for the State of Selangor). As General Manager, he was responsible for developing a 300-acre land area consisting of housing and recreational facilities, including the development of a 9-hole golf course (Darul Ehsan Club) at Taman Tun Abdul Razak, Ampang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. He was then promoted to Managing Director of Shah Alam Properties.
Due to Tan Sri抯 diligence, capabilities and outstanding achievements in management, he was selected to be Special Officer to the then Chief Minister of Selangor, YAB Dato |

Peter Teh Heng Poh
Chief Operating Office
Prior to joining EMKAY in November 2005, he was the Chief Operating Officer in the Corporate Planning and Finance Department in an EMKAY associate company. His career started in 1979 with Charles Bradburn and Co. as an accounts clerk, and ventured into auditing with a few public accounting firms. In 1982 he joined Shah Alam Properties Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive before moving on to be the Finance Manager of Ernest Chong Ptl. Property Consultant Sdn Bhd in 1984. Peter was conferred the Ahli Mahkota Perak (AMP) by His Majesty The Sultan of Perak in 1998. He is responsible for all corporate matters relating to the group as well as overseeing the entire Group抯 development.
Mazrita Mazlan
Group General Manager
Mazrita was Head of Quality Systems & Training Department in an EMKAY Associate company for five years before moving onto the EMKAY Group headquarters early 2007. She is responsible for the group policies and procedures, and heads the NeoCyber development project. She also heads the monitoring of the Group抯 performance. She has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management (University of Essex, England).
Jayasangaran Dhanapal
Group General Manager
Jayasangaran started his career as an auditor in KPMG and gained commercial experience from the MBF Group of Companies before heading the Group Corporate and Finance of an EMKAY associate company. He is responsible for all corporate matters, as well as overseeing the operations of MKN Embassy TechZone development project. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from University of Malaya, is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an associate member of CPA Australia.
Kamarulzaman Abu Bakar
Group General Manager
Kamarulzaman started his career with the EMKAY Group in 1990 and in 1997, moved on to one of EMKAY抯 associate companies to take on the position of Group General Manager (Sales). He continued his career with the EMKAY Group in January 2008 and is now responsible for EMKAY Group抯 overall sales as well as heading the operations of upcoming projects in Perak. Kamarulzaman holds a BA in marketing from Universiti Teknologi MARA and his key attributes are in the areas of Strategic Sales and Marketing Planning.
Fatimah Abdul Wahab
Group Internal Auditor
Fatimah was previously the Group Internal Auditor for an associate company and formerly with Malaysian National Insurance Berhad and Kurnia Insurance Berhad. Fatimah has been responsible for the overall performance of these companies. She holds a BA in Science & Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, USA and a Masters in Business Administration from Ohio University, USA. Fatimah is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia.

even it is a BIG company from the eyeview of many, it doesn't necessarily a good company that we are expected. This goes to all companies in Malaysia.
Study carefully the background 1st before applying jobs.

ape yg menyedihkan, Selasa lepas eMKay wat dinner 25th anniversary.
memula jemput staff yg dah keje 10 tahun ke atas je. Tp ramai yg menolak, kira mcm undi protes pd BN la 
so sbb xnak malu tgk dewan kat Shang-Ri La KL kosong sbb Tun Dr. M jd tetamu kehormat, baru le dibuka pada yg dah keje lebih 5 tahun. Tp ramai gak yg xnak dtg sbb nampak sgt x ikhlas, ajak sbb nak penuhkan dewan.
lebih malang, staf dari Perak kena dtg naik bas yg tambang sewanya dibayar oleh mereka sendiri. Dinner start 8pm, abisnye dah tentu tgh mlm. Mlm tu gak kena balik ke Perak. Esoknye kena keje.
Anda semua nilaikan le sendiri.....  |

yup bekerja lagi . benefit boleh la bukan di tahap yang teruk sangat . saya pun xsampai setahun lagi kerja banyak juga sakit hati tapi diam jelah . bab kata sedara ke atas tu memang betul lah kalau kaki kipas memang cepat naik pangkat .
