Drug patent 20 years.... But depends contract manufacturing drug yang dapat dari pharma di overseas... Habis patent akan dapat kepada pharma yang manufacture drug seperri di malaysia glc company dapat ikut tnc... Policy and local authority law registration... And many companies mahu keluar kan generic... Reason india banyak manufacture generic drugs..

Di US depa guna royalty system seperri retis mariah carey dapat royalti untuk 20 years.... Dari gomen.... If untuk NIH direct dari fed.. Daei pharma royalty negotiable dsngan pharma.. Apa depa mahu bagi..
